Hi Mats:

Klavaro has this listed on its web page: "The graphical interface of 
Klavaro is based on other program called "GTK+ 2" (not really a program, 
but a set of libraries)."  So, I'm going to guess it should work within 
the AT-SPI environment.  I've not tried it with Orca, though, so I don't 
know how much work would be needed to make a compelling experience.

 From KTouch, I see: "There has been progress on getting KTouch up and 
running on KDE 4".  This tells me it is probably based upon KDE/Qt and 
is thus not really a good player in AT-SPI.
