I'm not sure of the logistics of a phone in possibility. They ALWAYS are very difficult when there are a large number of people in one room and a few on the phone. In my experience, we can easily spend more time with getting the call set up and "I can't hear you" problems than we do actually being productive, and that's in environments where we are familiar with the phone system and internet setup. I will see what we might be able to do, though.
I would like to encourage us to keep this e-mail discussion happening, though. Perhaps we can get the bulk of the discussion done that way.
