I finished taking a look at this, and it turns out I could take the file directly. I checked it in and gave you thanks in the ChangeLog. :-)
I now need to take a bit more of a look at ways to do some other things in BrlAPI that the BrlAPI guys don't like us doing (e.g., the way we default to TTY 7), but I'm not sure I know how to fix.
