What is AT-SPI2 =============== AT-SPI2 is a D-Bus based accessibility framework. It defines a D-Bus protocol for providing and accessing application accessibility information. The project includes a library for bridging the D-Bus protocol to the ATK API, allowing Gtk based applications to be made accessible. It also contains a client (AT) side library in C and a wrapper for Python. What's changed in AT-SPI 2.9.2 * [core] Fix D-Bus introspection for GetActions. * [core] Use glib-mkenums to generate enum types, and use these generated types for role and state names, rather than static tables. * [core] Annotate filter in atspi_register_device_event_listener with allow-none (BGO#700237). * [core/pyatspi] Rename various functions to avoid name collisions (BGO#700243). The old functions are deprecated in favor of the renamed functions and renamed for introspection. * [atk] Fix a memory leak in the socket adaptor (BGO#696733). * [atk] Fix various DBusError leaks (BGO#698951). * [atk] Fix crash when a main loop is shut down repeatedly (BGO#699554). * [atk] Suppress a warning if an app returns NULL when referencing a child. Where can I get more information about AT-SPI2 ============================================== The project wiki is available at: http://www.a11y.org/d-bus How can I contribute to AT-SPI2? ================================ We need help testing with Gnome accessibility technologies, improving performance, and generally tying up loose ends.
