Hi! GROMACS is in the standart Ubuntu repo, so you can simply type sudo apt-get install gromacs in your terminal and after successfull installation call all gromacs utilities from the command line If you need some special versions of GROMACS or if you want to install it from source, you can take a look at the man page on gromacs site, gromacs.org.
