Hi Justin, Thank you so much. We were trying to use version 4.5.5 with OpenMM because I was silly. I mistakenly thought 4.6.x was in beta, but apparently I did not read the release page: 4.6.1 has been out for some time now.
Version 4.6.1 has made our GPU lives a lot easier. Thank you so, so much for your help!
