The .xvg file is a text data file, it is not a graph. That means you can use whatever your favourite graphing software is to plot the data: xmgrace, gnuplot, MS Excel, Sigma Plot etc.
If you are using Excel, which it appears you are, then you simple import the data file into your spreadsheet (with the appropriate filtering options).
