Hi All I have a membrane protein with a lot of alpha helices in it. I want to use the 54a7 parameters for the protein and Kukol parameters (modified 53a6) for the POPC membrane. Is this feasible? I know that there are issues with combining widely different ffs, but these forcefields seem very similar.
