Hello,
I am following the 'KALP15 in DPPC tutorial' but using GAFF with DOPC
(from http://lipidbook.bioch.ox.ac.uk/package/show/id/32.html) and my
membrane protein.
Is there an equivalent file to lipid.itp for AMBER-GAFF?
