Dear Justin, I tried one processor and it worked but with 16 nodes I get no output but the one I posted in previous message. I thought using 16 nodes should speed up calculations ! Another thing I am cusious about is that, in version 4.0.7 I could run my simulations but with the latest version a lot of warning messages come up and my runs crash although I am using the same input files and settings as in 4.0.7. Does this mean my results in 4.0.7 are not reliable? ! :)
