Dear all,
I've just installed the latest version of gromacs on fedora 14. The command
g_luck seems to work. But when I start the first tutorial I found in the
getting started, this is the output when I type (in cd tutor/gmxdemo) ./demo
and press return a few times:
You seem to have the DISPLAY variable is set, so we will
pop up a window with the output of the pdb2gmx program
Press <enter>
Starting pdb2gmx
[1] 2822
xterm: Command not found.
[1] + Exit 1 xterm -title pdb2gmx -sb -e tail +0f
output.pdb2gmx
pdb2gmx finished

no pop up window opens and it seems it doesn't found the command, and this
appears for every next steps i run pressing return again and again.
I've set the PATH correctly in my .bashrc.
Could you help me?
