Hi gromacians I want to know how in the methanol-water tutorial ( http://manual.gromacs.org/current/online/mixed.html) they generated mixed.pdb or conf.gro (usr/local/gromacs/share/gromacs/tutor/mixed) using trjconv? any help is highly appreciated.
