Hi. I downloaded topolbuild1_2_1 from the GROMACS website.
I run the command "make -f Makefile.G4OsX" and there were no error messages.
When I then write "topolbuild -h" I get command not found

The executable (by default) is built in the same directory as the Makefile. Common practice is to then put it in some central directory for executables (like /usr/local/bin, or some subdirectory of your /home directory, depending on your permissions on the system), and make sure whatever that directory is resides in your $PATH.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
NB! I am running Mac OS 10.5 on a ppc G4

Thanks,
