homepage. But when i try to uncompress mdrun_make_hole.tar.gz using gunzip or tar -zxvf, the file seems to be corrupted. From the old gromacs homepage this file can not be downloaded.Can anyone provide me the mdrun_make_hole.tar.gz file.
That file is actually compressed twice. You should be able to unpack it using
