2. Please don't include an entire digest in your post, it is irrelevant
3. Please take some more time to format your question. "plz help me" doesn't actually invoke a strong desire to spend time on your problem.

As for your actual question, gromacs is not a standard part of ubuntu, and probably does not come standard with any linux distribution. You can use apt-get to download a binary in some cases, but it is best for you to download the source and compile it yourself.
