Hi Lu, These are respectively a parameter refined in crystallographic structures and a quality measure of such structures.
The B factor (or ADP -> Atomic Displacement Parameters) give you an idea of the thermal motion of the atoms. The R factor is a measure of the agreement between the experimental data and the refined model. I hope this helps.
