Hii.. Well they are there on the gromacs website only. Go to documentation page and you can get the requisites and installation tips all there. form there u can download and compile and install. And regarding that zipped file, u unzip it as >tar -xzf *.tar.gz look for installation notes there and do accordingly. Gromacs installation is quite straightforward. Happy Installing!!! Monika
