there are options like g_helix, g_angle and as you said g_bundle, but none
of
them gives the angle between helix pairs.

g_bundle -h says (among other things):
the total tilt, the radial tilt and the lateral tilt with respect to
the average axis
If you have only two helices, you just need to multiple the g_bundle numbers
by two to get what you want.
