yes, I run my work in a queueing system:

qsub -l nodes=*,walltime ***:**:** mdrun.sh

and I will get two file, one for the standard output one for the standard
error output, as soon as my script get running
but for my case, there nothing in the error file, and everything in the
output file seemed ok.
