Hi Michael, No, newer .tpr files contain information that can not be dealt with by older versions of the program.
But why would anybody think that recompiling a tool is not quick and easy? Patch the source file or get an update one, go to the directory $GMX/src/tools (where you have put the updated gmx_order.c) and type 'make g_order'. Cheers, Tsjerk -- Tsjerk A.
