The drug-enzyme tutorial has been updated and is available at http://www2.umdnj.edu/~kerrigje/pdf_files/trp_drug_tutor.pdf Updated input files are available from http://www2.umdnj.edu/~kerrigje/structbio_II.htm The solvent, ions, etc have been merged into the "non-protein" group. However, the file on the prodrg server needs to be updated (or the link changed to the link given above.)
