Thank you for the response. That seems to be the case. If I were to re-install Gromacs again, what should I do so that the installation directory and hence source files are not cleaned away? Last time I followed the instructions from the post: [gmx-users] HOWTO for installing non-MPI gromacs-3.3.1 on cygwin. What additional would I need to do to keep the source files?
