Hello, in the GMX manual, on page 117, it states:
afm rate1 =
afm rate2 =
The rate at which the spring moves in *nm/ps* for each group.
In my ppa file, I specify:
* afm rate1 = 1*
But in the log file of my mdrun, it states:
Pull rate: 1.000000e+00 *nm/ns*. Force constant: 1.000000e+03 kJ/(mol nm)
Pull direction: 0.000 0.000 1.000
So which are the right units of this parameter??? (manual vs. the log file)
