Well, what does this kind of stuff means? It worries about the libc 4 times, but also about the other files. :( What shall I look at?



It shows where in the GROMACS code the error started (mknb_metacode.c 282) and that the Intel compiler f*cked up the va_args. I suggest you compile the mknb program with gcc and the rest with icc.
