Cross-posting here, from another Google support group. A couple of days ago
Google caught and prevented an attempt at unauthorized access to my Gmail
account, They recommended that I change my Google password, which I did.
That went well, in the sense that my Gmail and other Google apps work
normally on my desktop computer. But I can't receive email on my phone any
more. When I try to sign in to the phone's Gmail, I get the "wrong
password" error. When I type in the new password, I **still** get "wrong
password. I've probably tried a dozen times to put the new password into
the phone, but I always get the "wrong password" error. Any suggestions on
how to proceed?
