While Jeff Grossman may be right, and this problem is not from being an e-mail message, I for one hate the 'new look' of the Gmails, and the tiny popup HTML5 box for replies and new messages. What a joke--how can anybody take Gmail seriously? I use Outlook.com for serious business email correspondence when I'm on the road. And of course I avoid all online email services and use Outlook on my hard drive whenever possible.
