Yes.
The sad thing is that these systems were installed about a year ago but
we installed 3.8 because that is what is running on an older production
system.
At the time thoughts of upgrades were put on the back burner because the
risk of upgrading a working system into a non-working system were
considered worse than just getting along with what we had running.
