step by step.
It's in french and in 0.84 but it's the same for 9.1

Hello all,
Some time ago, we've talked here about some workflow and rules for the
development of the project.
I wrote some lines and put all online. You can see the latest version at:
http://glpi-developer-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
There is also a PDF build available, but I've not worked on it at all, it seems
there are some artefacts (it also may be useless for developer docs).

Please take a look at this, and report all errors or inaccuracies you should
see (please open a ticket or a PR).
I plan to add many other things on that doc, you can help me opening
enhancement labeled tickets for what you'd want to see on it. The goal is to
have an up to date reference we can rely on quickly (I'm lost/unsure quite
often! ;)).
PS: note that I'm talking about the contents, not the way I've produced it.
That will be the main subject of another discussion quite soon; I'd prefer no
to focus on right now.
