Thanks for the feedback, we are have only a problem, the GLPI send or the e-mail or Telegram, not both at same time.
We see a problem, if a create the same action (for example, two actions for send the follow-up at the same time), the GLPI doesn't send 2 times, only 1. It's the correct?
