Hello, One more time, I'm installing GLPI and the project managers want GLPI with automatic assignament of ticket with feature "assign ticket to technician with fewer opened tickets ".
In other time, I modified the source code and I added this option, however, this is a new version de GLPI and i have repeat the rutine. I want to know if exists this option in the new version and in negative case how to can I contribute in the modification? The suggestion is motivated because this is the 3rd time in my jobs, when the managers of the company do the request of this change. -- Saludos Zorianny Itriago
