You have same problem in the setup.php of some plugins for url (available in Setup > plugins).
This must be foxed too, but the main problem is on upgrade of plugin, the informations in glpi_plugins are not updated (only at installation). Perhaps update it when click on 'update' when upgrade the plugin?
