Hi,
check your ticket template it seems that space characters have been
introduce.
Whit these spaces the template is not interpreted correctly.
Example : must be
##IFticket.storestatus = 5##
instead of
# # IFticket.storestatus = 5 # #
But I do not understand why you have these spaces.
