I'm working on new rights (explode 'w' rights on read, create, update, purge rights) for glpi 0.85. My questions are about rights 'rule-ticket' and 'entity_rule_ticket' and visibility of rule ticket with these rights. How do you use these 2 rights ? If you work with multi-entities, have you a profile with only 'entity_rule_ticket' right ? Do you think it's correct to see only ticket rules of your entity without knowing that others rules are matched before ? I'm waiting your answer...
