Thank you to be interesting,

Normally, Mailgates retrieve emails automatically and create a ticket for
each email by default, but it does not, if i don't enter to "Setup" -->
"receivers" and click on "Get email tickets now", no ticket will be created.

i hope i'm clear. Thank you in advance.
