Just ask the initiation of a project on the forge plugins by sending an
email to the mailing list glpi-dev AT gna.org (specify a short name of
maximum 30 characters without space).
Once it is created, you will have every opportunity to manage its
evolution as you want:
* Svn project-specific (plugin)
* Wiki
* Ads
* Published File
* Adding people in the project team
