Hello, I'm using GLPI 0.78.
When you open the "Your tickets to close" page, you get the list of all tickets you have to close. The only action you expect to do on this page, normally, is to close the tickets. You may have a large number of tickets, so you want to have a quick procedure to close them all. For now you can 1. Select all or some tickets 2. Update > Status > Closed + validate Second point demands a lot of click + select in the list ...
