Hello, it's possible setup a conditional attribute to be used with
ldap mail attribute? like E-mail: mail | maildrop or a second attribute for the e-mail, and the glpi validate both. I'm using two attributes for e-mail in ldap, the attribute mail for the default e-mail and maildrop, for alias e-mail. Normally users are using the e-mail in mail attribute, but sometimes or some cases, they using the e-mail found in maildrop and glpi doesn't identify person who is opening a ticket. thanks for advance --
