Hi, I configured a mail receiver and rules called (requisicao) and
all e-mail sent to requisi...@esss.com.br make a new ticket. If
e-mail from user are registred in Administration\Users, an actor appears in requester, but if e-mail is not registred I can't see where from or who opened the ticket. In version 0.78.2 and older had a text box with the e-mail from people who sent to requisicao@, now I don't found where I can see this e-mail.
