Attached are the English translations for the documents on the wiki that describe how to create plugins. I would request that someone with wiki edit access upload these so that they will be accessible to all. On the other hand, if someone would like to grant me wiki edit access, I will upload the files myself. I'm not sure if the mailing list can receive attachments.
