this patch also very specific (just for example)
it add possibility to add answer, close, and assign by one button.
because usual, if technician close ticket, that mean that ticket should be
assigned to him.
when technician close ticket with "add and close" button
glpi automatically adding following updates
$updates[]="status"; -> closed
$updates[]="closedate";
$updates[]="assign"; -> to technician who close ticket
+ answer text from technician.
and all of this changes generate only one follow-up
example:
answer from technician
Update of the status of the ticket: -> Closed (solved)
Change in closing date: -> 2009-09-02 12:17:46
Ticket assign to: Not assigned -> Some technician
