No for 3 reasons : 1) This is not a css modifications. 2) Another box is already on the right (announce) 2) Change the application because you don't use it correctly is not a good idea. The Overview must be very short because it's... an overview ! So in this area we must have juste one sentence to describe the plugin. All other informations must be in the WIKI, this is the specific area for documentation and information.
