Dear, I'm testing GLPI v0.7 trunk 14-11-2007 just to try a new features. So far, I'm really impress with the entity features which I now could start segment the user and asset by branches or department.
Now after a weeks playing with this new upcoming version, I create a couple of wish list, I don't know if this is a right channel or the right time or already implement, but I try to wish anyway :) 1. Under the statistics menu, it is possible to include the entity before the number of ticket column? When I'm login into the GLPI and go to the statistics under root entity, I just got all the list of user from all entity ( if I'm using the default - show by author ) _but_ it's really nice if it could show the entity related to the author ( So we know from which entity the author / asset coming from ). This is easy if everybody is login to the GLPI because you could click the author and see the entity assign to them but if you export to pdf and print the statistics out, it's a bit difficult to identify where the user / asset coming from. 2. I'm actually the fan of your global statistics graph, it's possible to make it exportable to pdf, so user could print it out? 3. It is possible to exclude everything that don't have any ticket assign to them under item statistics? Currently, it's display everything even there was no ticket create to the item. It's really nice if it just display the item that only have the ticket assign to them only.
