I noticed that I wasn't receiving emails when I created tickets, so I turned on the debugging mode. It helped me find a few other errors as well, but those were due to my own fault. This one I can't figure out.
When I create a ticket as a normal user (post-only profile), it spits up this error: PHP ERROR : Undefined index: assing_group in ...\inc\tracking.class.php at line 720 PHP ERROR : Fatal error: Class 'Group' not found in ...\inc\commonitem.class.php on line 138. When I create a ticket as a super admin (super_admin profile), it spits up this error: PHP ERROR : Class 'Group' not found in ...\inc\commonitem.class.php on line 138. I've tried looking at the code, but I can't find anything blatantly obvious. Suggestions? I'm using Apache 2.2.4 and php 5.2.3 on Windows. I am also using the august 6, 2007 tarball of the 0.7 version.
