Other little two feature requests:
+ in helpdesk.php, could be added a little checkbox that force all the
followup traffic on that intervention to be mailed to poster? I've see
that globally on mail followup we can setup glpi to do this, but i
think that it is better to leave to the user, on every sigle request,
the ability to receive email followup.
+ in helpdesk.html (apart that i think it is better to rewrite it in
php...), someone can enter an ``anonymous'' request. Ok, a smart user
will put on top of request text ``i'm Mr Joe Smart, find me on
234/564312'', but, as we know, users are not smart ;).
Can be added two mandatory field (Name and Contact) that simply can be
``merged'' on request body? EG:
[...]
Name: Marco Gaiarin
Contact: 792
body:
My computer emits smoke and sparkle, can i shut down
it?
simply converted in:
