I was running a disaster-recovery workshop for a charity in London on
7/7. One of our clients phoned to say all their systems were running but
if anything died they wouldn't be able to get in to fix it.
The other tip was make sure you have offsite copies of your personnel
files in case you need to inform next of kin that their relative has
been prematurely cremated.
