Hey, Already been discussed, however I would just use A&A for any SIP I need. They are also happy to trunk it to you too so you can manage it all yourself if that is something you want to do.
You get what you pay for at the end of the day, and when you are discussing whats cheap, you need to ask "why is it cheap?" and in most cases it is because you get woeful support, woeful uptime, and other service related issues. Although I don't use A&A SIP, as I don't use a landline, I have used them for internet for many years now and they provide the connection for my servers. Never been let down.
