Firstly I would like to say it was nice bumping into you at FOSDEM by shear coincidence. Secondly, as for the proposition here, its probably best to call the meetup and then I can spread it around. It might be best to pick a casual venue like a pub where people can come and go freely, making it more flexible. If I remember correctly you will need to get it added to the wiki page and then I can link to it and spread it around some other places.
