Just to follow-up to the list again. I emailed the people who replied either privately or on this thread, and after a bit of toying around with doodle I got some availability blocks sorted.
A number of us met on Saturday for drinks/curry and it worked well! Part 2 will likely have ~4 of us meet on Tuesday the 10th of June. These are v.low numbers but if I'm reading this list correctly, this is the 1st occurrence of gllug meetups in absolutely yonks! Feel free to ping me directly and I can send the doodle link. I'm not directly linking it to this list for the moment, in case those planning on coming on Tuesday for the 1st time wanted a quiet intro for their first time. Afterwards I'll collect people's general availability and we can try and make this happen at a more medium sized scale. If anyone wants Martin to attend and isn't using either gmail.com itself or a Google apps domain (like all 3 of my potential ways of emailing), then can somebody fwd this to him? His last comment of "Thankyou for volunteering to organise a social. Please post the date, time and venue details here when you have them", I took to mean he was interested :-) However, any attempts I've made to email him have failed.
