Good evening,
I bought an MSI Radeon RX 5000 XT card but it frequently locks up my screen.
Goes pixelated, usually if video or sound is in use.
I see lots of this in the log when it happens:
May 25 19:32:36 kali kernel: [ 1590.918885] [drm:amdgpu_cs_ioctl [amdgpu]]
*ERROR* Failed to initialize parser -125!
After some Googling, I added irqpoll to my kernel options. Also tried
nomodeset, but that certainly didn't work.
Still no closer to finding a solution, Google doesn't seem to have seen this
before. I am hoping someone here would have an idea?
