At a quick glance, I don't see anything obviously wrong with your configuration. My suggestion would be to completely remove or comment the `attributes` section, as it's generally not needed. Also, I'm not 100% sure, but `directory_ldap` as the provider 'ID' may have an issue with the underscore. If that's a problem we need to either fix it, or document it.
